Worktribe Knowledge Base provides enterprise-wide access to organisational knowledge, best practice methodologies, competencies, policies and learning materials.
Document libraries provide centralised access to best practice documentation, policies and frequently asked questions. The automatic versioning features of Worktribe Documents ensure that all links to documents automatically present up-to-date organisational knowledge.
Knowledge Base documents can be tagged with arbitrary or structured metadata, allowing categorisation along multiple criteria. Worktribe Search provides an intuitive interface to locate documents, allowing users to search by keyword, date and by any other pre-defined criteria (e.g. business department).
Knowledge also provides an interface to search both internal and external resources from a single portal.
Library templates for documentation provide a quick way to get up and running.
Individual documents can be assigned disclaimers and confidentiality agreements which must be digital signed before the document can be viewed. All activity is automatically tracked. A granular permissions system controls access to library resources to users, groups and roles.
Users can subscribe to alerts on document categories, which automatically monitors workspaces for new documents matching specified criteria making it easy to stay up-to-date with the latest best practice documentation and policies.
Knowledge materials are also made available as shared network drive for easy access directly from desktop tools such as Microsoft Office.
