Worktribe Forms Management provides a complete solution for capturing and managing online forms, available for any current or future application where there is a need to collect structured data from users.

 

Worktribe allows authorised administrators to create any type of form online, gather data in a user-friendly manner, compile that data into an appropriate form and distribute it to multiple locations in the business.  The system also provides tracking and analytics tools to generate process maps of current and archive activity.
 
The visual form builder helps non-technical staff to create forms online by specifying fields and validation rules.  Worktribe can construct step-by-step forms, making the process easier for the user and also providing the flexibility to adapt the data gathering process on-the-fly according to previous user input.
 
The forms system outputs structured XML documents, allowing easy integration with other Worktribe services (e.g. Worktribe Workflow) as well as providing a standards-based interface available to third party applications.
 
Completed forms are automatically compiled as human-readable documents and routed according to the form rules. This can be as simple as forwarding the completed document to an email address, or can be fully integrated with the creation of a permissioned, versioned document in a Worktribe Library and the creation of an active job with pre-defined workflow processes for comments and signoff.
