Worktribe Enterprise Portal provides each unique user with a personalised gateway to a range of enterprise resources, presenting the most appropriate information to the individual user.
 
The personalised homepage aggregates information from across the enterprise into a single 'dashboard' view customised to the current user.  Worktribe places great emphasis on generating visual insight into the relative importance and urgency of items, ensuring that - for example - users can immediately identify an urgent signoff request as a higher priority than a generic news feed.

 

Worktribe Portal supports syndication standards such as XSL/XML and RSS to query and aggregate data from internal and external third party systems.
 
Worktribe Portal is integrated with Worktribe Workflow to provide a real-time summary ‘dashboard’ view of tasks, both those requiring attention and those being monitored by the user.
 
Worktribe Portal integrates with Worktribe Documents to provide links to recently accessed resources for quick location, and with Worktribe Search to allow users to recreate and extend recent search queries.
 
The portal also provides centralised services to control global access lists and groups for the creation and authorisation of workspaces, including Documents, Knowledge and Workflow.
