Worktribe Document GenerationWorktribe Document Generation creates documents in an approved brand style from a library of materials. Worktribe takes text and imagery from any source (including the web browser) to compile platform-independent master documents. These masters can then be templated with approved brand materials to export optimised web and high-quality print versions from a single point of origin.
Worktribe Document Generation is typically automated to export and publish versions for different platforms automatically; for example a report built in Worktribe will be automatically exported to the corporate website for download as a PDF, with a high-quality print version sent simultanteously to an authorised print broker.
Worktribe provides batch processing as required. The system can read a folder of documents to repackage them in the approved brand style with versions for different platforms, and can provide in-context processing to customise these documents on the fly - for example applying translations or localisations for particular territories.
Worktribe Document Generation includes an ordering facility to allow authorised business units to order materials from a central repository. Worktribe manages monthly quotas, budgets and workflow for approval of orders, order tracking and fulfilment.
