Worktribe Digital Asset Management
Worktribe Digital Asset Management provides specialised tools for managing images, PDFs, audio and video and many other asset categories.
All digital assets are automatically thumbnailed and full previews appear in the browser without any third party software requirement (PDFs can be previewed as vector files without Acrobat). All digital assets are automatically placed under version control in Worktribe libraries.
Worktribe manages all digital asset types and allows multi-gigabyte files. Specialist tools streamline the upload and download process through a web browser, and network interfaces allow direct interaction with digital assets through desktop software.
Worktribe Annotation provides specialist services for review of image files, PDFs, audio and video. It enables reviewers to place their comments in-situ at the relevant part of the document. For image files and PDFs, reviewers can click on a particular point in the page to make comments. For audio and video files the reviewer can make comments against particular timecodes in the audio / video stream. All comments are collated chronologically alongside the document, linking directly to the relevant page section or timecode.
Worktribe Reference provides services to link related assets, with in-place previews of cited materials along with version-controlled links to the full asset resource.
