Worktribe Search provides a portal to all documents across the enterprise, incorporating full roles-based access to digital assets, correspondence, users, tasks and workflows.
Worktribe Search is highly personalised to the individual user. The emphasis is on providing the most relevant search results for the current user, indicating the documents most relevant to their particular role.
Worktribe Search is fully integrated with Worktribe Metadata which gives it a unique advantage in being able to return the most appropriate results for the individual user based on the assigned metadata. For example, a search for a particular digital asset can return documents and jobs recently accessed by the individual user; bringing the most relevant documents to the top and saving time.
Worktribe Search is a fully featured search engine with metadata, wildcard, date ranges, participants, workflow status, and fulltext searching including text within documents such as PDFs. It searches across individual Worktribe workspaces or across multiple workspaces, including archives, and can be integrated with third party search appliances.
Worktribe Search can amalgamate search results from multiple search sources, integrating with third party search applicances to present a single unified set of results to portal users.
