Worktribe Document Annotation
Worktribe Annotation is a complete document review product incorporating multi-user real-time annotation and referencing through web and mobile interfaces.
Annotation allows in-place commenting on any imagery or PDF files - users simply click on the relevant point in the page and add their comments in-situ. Other users with appropriate permissions can view these annotations in real-time, as all comments are stored in a central repository online. This eliminates versioning problems, and with no client software requirement, this facility is available to any user through a standard web browser.
PDF imagery is retained in vector format allowing users to zoom in and out with no loss of clarity. Annotations allow users to add comments, questions, approvals, rejections, copy corrections and more.
Furthermore, Worktribe Annotation is fully integrated with Worktribe Reference, allowing users to embed references as annotations on documents. Users can click on a position in the document to add a reference, and then select the relevant section from another document to embed as a reference. For example, in a pharmaceutical application this can be used to mark references to clinical papers in marketing literature.
