3 Mobile uses Worktribe as a platform for its high street stores to place orders for customised Point of Sale materials.

 

Streamlined Online Ordering

All 3 stores have a secure login to the Worktribe system, which gives them access to a visual library of available Point of Sale materials such as flyers and posters.  They can click on any POS item to preview it and order a quantity for their store.  Each store has a monthly order quota which is tracked through the system, ensuring that stores can only order within their budgeted allowance.

 

Customised Artwork

On placing the order, the store can customise the artwork to include local information.  For example, where the master artwork says 'Visit your local 3 store:' they can enter some localised directions ('In the Broadmarsh shopping centre, opposite the Post Office').  Worktribe Asset Localisation then rebuilds the print-ready PDF with the customised content and forwards it for approval, print and delivery. 

 

Automated Approval Process

The approval, print and delivery process is streamlined from end to end with Worktribe Workflow.  Each order goes through a preset sequence of approvals driven by Worktribe.  New orders are first placed for approval by marketing; on approval they are automatically forwarded to print production, and on approval they are then automatically routed to an approved print broker.  The delivery address for the order is collated from an online database and automatically passed through the print broker systems into their courier delivery service.

 

Management Reporting

The Worktribe Reporting and Analytics service provides a management overview of all POS retail marketing activity, ranging from a traffic-light dashboard showing the status of current orders through to a series of high-level graphical reports showing signoff times against predefined schedules.
